1 banana, frozen in chunks
4 ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder - I use SunWarrior
2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch vanilla bean powder - or substitute w/ extract
I don't actually use measurements. I go all Master Chef and just throw things into my Magic Bullet in quantities that I think would taste good.
If you'd like to sweeten the deal, add two or three dates -- the fruit kind, although going on a date while slurping on this smoothie would also be pretty sweet.
